Attendee Email (Pre-Registered REALTORS®)

The National Association of REALTORS® will send a series of seven attendee email communications starting six weeks in advance of the REALTORS® Conference & Expo and running until the day before the event opens. NAR is offering exhibitors the opportunity to participate in a sponsorship of these communications – up to a maximum of four companies per email.

 

At the bottom of the email, attendees will be reminded to “Catch these exhibitors at the 2018 REALTORS® Expo!” Participating sponsors will be able to include their logo, company name with link to their website and promotional copy of no more than 125 characters including spaces. The communications are priced as follows (the price increase reflects the increase in pre-registrations between the first and last email):

Booth Locator Kiosk

With an expo floor this large, attendees will refer to these “You are Here” floor plans to help direct them. Sponsor receives two graphic panels on each side plus their logo, booth number and arrow to their booth on the floor plan.

Consultation Suites

If your participation at this year's expo would benefit from a private meeting room on the exhibit floor, consider a Consultation Suite. Located in a quiet area of the expo floor, these meeting rooms provide areas to conduct sales appointments and presentations in a private office environment. Dimensions of Consultation Suites are 12’x12’ or 15’x15'. These consultation suites will be available for use during show hours ONLY on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

 

Your Consultation Suite includes:

Pre & Post Show Mailing Lists

Reach attendees before they reach the show floor! Purchase the Pre-Show Mailing List to let pre-registered attendees know about your company's product or service before they even arrive in Boston. All pre-show orders must be received by September 21st; mailing lists will be available for distribution by email the week of September 24th.

 

Don't let your marketing efforts end when you leave Boston. Purchase the Post-Show Mailing List to reach attendees after the event. All post-show orders must be received by November 16th; lists will be available for distribution by email the week of November 19th.

 

Lists are available for one-time use only and are available in five different categories. All orders must be accompanied by a sample mailing for approval prior to the use of the pre- and post-show lists. Orders without approved samples will not be fulfilled. Lists include attendee name, title and mail data only; attendee email addresses and phone numbers are NOT included, per Association policy.
