• Dessert Bars - flavors: apple streusel, raspberry streusel, lemon, pecan, blondie, s'more s and melt-away. Investment: $4,500

• Cupcakes - 7 different flavors to choose from. Investment: $5,000

• Fresh Fruit Cups - with cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple and grapes. Investment: $5,500

• Greek Yogurt Parfaits - choice of berry, kiwi or pineapple with granola topping. Investment: $5,500

• Ice Cream Bars - assortment of fudge bars, ice cream sandwiches, 50/50 bars and frozen gruit bars. Investment: $4,500

• Trail Mix - Investment: $4,500

• Quiche - individual quiche including spinach and tomato, vegetable Lorraine amd mushroom leek. Investment: $5,500

• Cocktails - choose one to be served from these different pre-mixed specialty cocktails: On The Rocks Aviation, Cosmopolitan, Mai Tai, classic Old-Fashioned  or Jalapeno Pineapple Margarita. Investment: $10,500
