Consultation Suites

If your participation at this year's expo would benefit from a private meeting room on the exhibit floor, consider a Consultation Suite. Located in a quiet area of the expo floor, these meeting rooms provide areas to conduct sales appointments and presentations in a private office environment. Dimensions of Consultation Suites are 15’x15'. These consultation suites will be available for use during show hours ONLY on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.


Your Consultation Suite includes:

  • Fabric hardwall conference room with lockable door                                  

  • 22” x 28” sign with Company Name and logo

  • Standard aisle carpet & first night vacuuming

  • One (1) standard electrical outlet

Pre & Post Show Mailing Lists

Reach attendees before they reach the show floor! Purchase the Pre-Show Mailing List to let pre-registered attendees know about your company's product or service before they even arrive in Orlando. Pre-show lists will be available for distribution the week of October 3.


Don't let your marketing efforts end when you leave Orlando. Purchase the Post-Show Mailing List to reach attendees after the event. Post-show lists, priced at $975, will be available for distribution the week of November 28th.


Lists are available for one-time use only. All orders must be accompanied by a sample mailing for approval prior to the use of the pre- and post-show lists. Orders without approved samples will not be fulfilled. Lists include attendee name, title and mail data only; attendee email addresses and phone numbers are NOT included, per Association policy.


Shuttle Bus

All attendees need transportation…think of the benefits of putting your message in front of every attendee each time they take the shuttle bus. Your company logo will be seen all over Orlando and by attendees who will see them daily as they ride the bus!

Town Square Theater Demos

NAR is offering 15-minute sales demonstration timeslots in the REALTORS® Town Square Theater, located in the middle of the show floor. The theater features a one-of-a-kind backdrop and stage where you can casually address REALTORS® interested in your product or service. A laptop and digital monitor will be provided; just bring your thumb drive. Includes on-site signage.

We have retained a professional speaker to coach and support you with crafting and delivering your message/presentation on our mainstage. She will work with you via Zoom.

Virtual Event Bag
Limited Featured Opportunities

Located on an event-specific website, sponsors deveop an ad that allows them to engage with attendees directly. Your VEB ad is a static graphic which should urge attendees to visit your booth or web site for a special offer. It is easy for sponsors to create and submit placements into the page and convenient for attendees to view and save content. Pre-registered attendees are invited via email by NAR to visit this event page a few weeks before the event, the day before the event start date, and again after the event. This allows your message to be in front of the attendees at a productive time and place (desktop and mobile).
