Consultation Suites

If your participation at this year's expo would benefit from a private meeting room on the exhibit floor, consider a Consultation Suite. Located in a quiet area of the expo floor, these meeting rooms provide areas to conduct sales appointments and presentations in a private office environment. Dimensions of Consultation Suites are 12’x12’ or 15’x15'. These consultation suites will be available for use during show hours ONLY on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.


Your Consultation Suite includes:

  • Fabric hardwall conference room with lockable door                                  

  • 22” x 28” sign with Company Name and logo

  • Standard aisle carpet & first night vacuuming

  • One (1) standard electrical outlet

  • Installation and dismantle labor

  • Listing on Conference & Expo website

  • Listing in Expo Guide included with general exhibitor listings (Note: to be eligible, we must receive your order form / payment by August 31, 2018)

  • Two (2) exhibitor badges per 12’x12’ or four (4) per 15’x15’

  • All exhibitor privileges and accessibility to vendors

  • One (1) table and Six (6) chairs (NOTE: additional or custom furniture, catering, Internet, etc. must be ordered through the online exhibitor service manual.)
